what is the UCI in IMM0008ENU_2D form

Dear all,
The VO finally requested me to update different forms to add newborn.
Note that, I am a pre-june applicant.
one form is IMM0008ENU_2D.
In this form, there is no option as federal skilled worker in the question no 1. program under which you are applying in the application details as like the old form (which I sent in 2010)
In the same form, what is the meant by UCI in the personal detail sections (question no. 3)?
Please help in this regards.

UCI is Universal Client Identification number (UCI) or Client Identification number (Client ID), provide it if known (8-digit number). Otherwise, leave it blank. If this is your first application with CIC you will not have a UCI or a Client ID.

Dear friend If you applied for CAIPS notes then you can find that 8 digit number in the caips notes file different for applicant and dependents
