As they tell you in the letter, they are forwarding your application to the visa office...

This is assuming you are an outland spousal sponsorship, which seems to be the norm here.

when I checked the application status , they said :

letter received on......
started process on.......

is that mean I have to wait now .. and start to check the status beginning after 3 month .... ?

Not for 3 months it depends on ur local embassy u can check the timeline...........................................

just keep logging-in to ecas. do you have medical received info there? usually the next update is decision made.

I guess Suin meant, whether you can see any news about medical results have been received in ecas (your online account). Once the embassy has access to your medical results they will update this message in your account.

when visa office received applicant's medicals they usually mention it on the on-line status (ecas). that is what I was trying to say. however they don't always put any update about medicals till the status changes to decision made.
