What is the mystery of Second Draw?

It seems that only 1 in 4 people are getting picked from the pool each draw. The first draw there was 3000 in the pool! out of 10,000 applicants!

These numbers do not look good for lower scoring people. It means that, if we take the first draw, 2221 people are back in ready to enter the pool again? That means another 3 draws after the first just to clear the initial 3000 people who got into the pool for the FIRST draw?

What do you guys think?

No its like 10,000 people tried to enter but there were only 3,000 in the pool, however, as I told in my other post, if they stick to their initial plan about the number of applicants to be issued an ITA, all are going to be "in" who are in the pool, having score 400+

the minimum score of second draw was 818..so it means that he or she might have scored just 218 points other than LIMA or PNP. so once all with LIMA and PNP are invited..the points will significatly drop..350+ points will have great chance after 6th or 7 th draw.. eventhough new pnp and LIMA will be added to pool..the avrage of points will drop significantly...so in summery till second draw they got invited because of their LIMA or PNP...but the are not much PNP or LIMA available..now on its going to be other factors which count...above 500 points sure shot of getting selected in near future..its just my analysis...

All your predictions sound pretty promising.
I'd even go a bit far and add that anybody over 450 points has a very good chance.
