What is the best/fast means to send Education Transcript to WES from India?

I will be getting my transcript of marks done in one week from Kerala University, India. Can I know the best postal/courier means to send this (and additional mark lists copies) to WES Canada?

Use FEDEX reliable and fast. No one else. I know lot of people had problems before with other services.

Depends where you are sending from. But I guess 2500rs on an avg if you are sending from a second tier city,
If its Delhi, Mumbia, Blore it will be around 2000rs

I had to pay Rs. 3000 from Mangalore to WES

India post... It cost me around Rs. 1200. It reached Canada in 4 days.

They provide tracking id too.
