What is the authorization number? in IMM 5620

Hello Senior,
I have a question:
In IMM 5620E form at the bottom it is written
For official use only Authorization number

What is the authorization number?
While I applied I have not written anything with the assumption that this section is for CIC official only. Also this section is not fillable.
All of you know that since Nov I did not get any reply from CIC.

What ever the form it is, if mentioned 'Official Use only' that portion is strictly for their use. You don't have to touch there and don't bother about it..

As I did not get any AOR since Nov 2009 So I am trying to figure out whether I did any mistake
Therefore, As it is Credit Card information and I am confuse whether I am correctly filled the 5620 (fee payment form).
