but rejection occur after 2015, The one would still be eligible for CEC

or have to find out way another way to apply(express entry??)

Well, obviously, if you are rejected in 2015, your only option under the CEC stream is to reapply under the new Express Entry system.

If it rejected how long has to wait to reapply permanent residency under CEC?
If someone got rejected,can theye stay in Canada until their work permit is expired?

1. I'm not sure, but I imagine you could re-apply immediately, if you wanted to pay the fees etc. However, if your work experience is not eligible the first time, there is little reason to think it would be in round two.
