Hi,

I am the accompanying applicant to my wife, and I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS), got to the question of: had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder?

Is MS considered as a serious disease knowing that it is not contagious and is not a threat to public?

My MS is under control, no relapses for a long time and I can take care of my own medication

would appreciate help

Thanks

That would be considered a serious disease from the "Excessive Demand" point of view only. It will need to be disclosed anyway for the Immigration Medical Examination (IME)

Hi @M327, I am kind of in a similar position. Would you mind sharing if you were able to get the PR and how was your process to get it?
Thank you so much in advance!
