Hello, my husband and I just received our eCOPR (Inland PR applicants). We would like to buy our first home but I am wondering if having the eCOPR is enough or if I should wait to get the PR Card?

There is a temporary public policy exemption in which low risk applicants who are currently living in Canada will not be required to repeat their medicals so there is a high chance you won't need them done again. Just wait and they will let you know if you need to get checked again.

Your work as Resident Assistant while in school does count towards the express entry, it just does not count for every program. The time you worked while in school counts for the Federal Skilled worker program but not for the Canadian Experience class. Here is a related link with this...
