What is Citizenship record of decision?

On my notes, it states in outgoing correspondence that a citizenship record of decision was sent out and there was a pdf attachment but I never received this?

What does this mean?

Are you talking about ECAS or ATIP notes?
I guess you are talking about ATIP and in your case I believe it means the officer has decided your case and it is in oath process.

ATIP notes ..it makes no sense...the date is before my test and was created in February 2018 and i am still "in process"

Hi, did you find out whether this means decision made or not?
I m in the same spot. just came across the same statement in the ATIP file i have received. it was done in the same sequence you have mentioned above.
