What is better method : Physical or Online Citizenship Application

Hi Seniors,

I read on this forum that there is possibility to submit an Online Citizenship Application aswell , beside physical application.

But still people prefer to submit a physical application file. What is the reason for that?

Because online applications haven't received AOR(acknowledgement of receipt) after December whereas paper applications from Feb have started to receive AOR. It seems the govt initially quickly processed a few online apps in early Dec as a test pilot but after that there hasn't been any movement after Dec. So the rationale is people would prefer to at least get their files start to be processed by going with the paper route.
