What if visa is not issued before course start date?

I couldn't help but notice that student are getting visas after a long wait of 1-2 months.
This is bothering me as I applied on 18th July
What if visa is not issued before ?

@sumitmn... don't worry you have applied well in time and you must be receiving your visa by next week... You can wait until 3 week of July and later decide to defer your admission to the next intake and send the same to CHC
