letter of introduction is letter from CIC stating you have been accepted for study permit. Its either issued my email or comes with passport

So i need to open bank account when I go there?

you need home ties like fixed deposit, car, property etc.

Can GIC be used as a normal bank account or do I need to open another account for savings?

Re: Got visa! whole process explained for newbies I think in univ., GIC is required or education loan of 10000$ or above GIC is better as it makes case strong you need to show itr , pay slips and bank statements otherwise chances of rejection are high. CIC needs to know if sponsor can finance...

You applied again ? Maybe they aren't accepting SP application for fall, but I'm not sure.
