What happens when OINP re-opens?

Hi

I was wondering how will OINP send interest invites (PI) for nominations, once this stream is live in the later part of the year?

My guess is it will invite those applications who have been in the pool from sometime, of course with some score criteria and even NOC criteria might be introduced.

So if an application with a score of 400+ is in the pool since 31st May and another application joins the pool in Aug with a higher score, the former will be given a preference.

This is just hypothetical and my guess...!!!

Previously, people who were in the pool were asked to recreate new profiles in order to be able to get PT NOI.

So, acc. to me NOC criteria might be introduced.

Its wishful thinking and I appreciate the optimism.

OINP should first clear the entire backlog of AORs/NOMs from Oct 2015 till today. We on this forum don't see it happening. :-[

It is hard to tell as I suspect that they might make some changes to their requirements when they re-open.

Hopefully, they come up with a system that doesnt require people to create new profiles and find a way to send invitations to candidates with existing profiles as well, granted that they meet whatever requirements they set for next year.

That could be a possibility that I don't deny. If this happens, there would be a mad rush to create new profile to apply.
