Im a canadian citizen married to a usa citizen living jn the usa and now moving back to Canada. Wife is pregnant with first child. Where do I begin and what form(s) do I need to fill out?

You have to decide if you want to follow the outland route (faster, can be done while you are in the US), or the inland route (little slower, your partner must remain in Canada while the processing happens).

one or the other, read the guide, and fill out the forms on the document check list.

Once complete, pay the fees online ( $75 for Sponsorship application, $475 for PR application, $490 for Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) = $1040). Submit the receipt with your paperwork stacks to CIC and wait.
 
Just to add - the fact your wife is pregnant makes things a bit complicated. In order to get PR, she must pass that medical and that medical requires her to take an x-ray. The majority of doctors advise against this for women who are pregnant. So you can file the application now - however unless you're willing to go through the x-ray, she won't be able to complete the process and become a PR until after the baby is born.
