I recently had my yearly checkup and my Total cholesterol, BMI and Blood pressure were a little higher than the normal range. I want to know whether that can be the case of rejection and shall I improve on them before getting my medical done? What other medical tests are done for Canada PR?

no, don't worry. that wouldn't affect you.
cic will only reject disease that cost a lot to cure...like hiv. lung kidney disease ,

Total cholesterol is not checked as a part of medicals. So, that should be fine. If you are blood pressure is equal or above 140/90 during medicals, they might order for some additional tests like Serum cretanin and / or ECG to make sure that your heart and kidneys are fine. Try to stay relaxed, and you should be good!
