it means that u r eligible for processing as per ur information given in application ie u r fullfilling the minimum 67 points criteria..nest step is to verify your documents and information.

It means that you are eligible for immigration that's why they have started to process your application, next step will be after evaluating your document they will request for your medical

For me after In processing with date, they requested New PCC and RPRF with out medical. My question is what is the next step and evaluation still going on or finish?

Please sineor give us brief explanation what does it mean In process with date? And when i should expect the responce if my IP date is May14 2012?

For pre June 2010 (MI1) applicant, in process date cannot be explained. Every case is unique, this is my personal understanding.

It means nothing because people get rejected at this stage with JD mismatch and this is unbelievable, if they come to JD scrutiny at this time then the whole game is screwed up and it's all Mismanagement of the immigration process otherwise it should be case approved at this stage conditional to medical and criminality checks

I got the ECAS status since november 2011 but 2 day ago the "we started processing your application on may 16" appeared.
