What is this CSQ for? Are you planning to apply for PR? Anyway, if you want your spouse to be with you then include her in your application.

The CSQ is a selections certificate from the province ( for Quebec immigrants only). Basically along with the CIC approval, you need Quebec's as well. If you aren't going to Quebec, you don't need it. Accompanied spouse is more for if you are sponsoring your parents both to come to Canada. So if you are sponsoring your spouse to live with you as the sponsor, it doesn't apply to you.

I do know that CSQ is required if a person wants to immigrate to Quebec. I asked this question to understand for what purpose OP is applying a new CSQ. Is it for PR application or Study?

You're posting your question in the wrong section of this forum. Post your question to the Provincial Nomination section.

This section of the forum is for people who are already Canadian citizens or Canadian PRs and are in the process of sponsoring family members to Canada.

You should be able to include her on your application as an accompanying spouse.

If you marry her before you land in Canada (that is, use your PR visa to enter Canada, then you will have to include her on your application.

is it the same? you sponsored the spouse just the difference they are coming to canada at the same time?

No. Accompanying means applying and becoming PRs at the same time. Sponsorship means a Canadian citizen/PR sponsors their spouse for PR.

For example a non-accompanying spouse will remain in another country and their spouse would sponsor them at a later date. The spouse is included in the PR application but is non-accompanying.
