Make sure your visa (TRV foil pasted on passport) is multiple entry and is still valid and WP not expired at the time you're coming back. Ask for a letter from your employer that states you're going for a vacation and is going to work for them again when you come back.

you'll have to go to POEA to get "OEC" (overseas employment contract)..
