POLICE CERTIFICATE is to be submitted in original. No need for any attestation.
Birth certificate is to be NOTARIZED by a Notary Public or any legal authority in your town/city. No need for Foreign Office certification.

Thanks Wilson.

As the original birth certificates required to submitted, do they still need to be Notarized?

One more question, would the birth certificate issued recently (my age is 32 years) be acceptable? If no, then would the date of birth on Identity card, and Matric certificate would be enough or what to do?

Thanks
Saim

If you just got ur birth certs done and you are of 32, still it's fine. If you are submitting originals thsn there no need to get them attested/notarised.
