yes if you are applying under non spp then you need to submit as max as possible from below given docs... not each & everything but as much as you can.
1.Income tax returns of your parents as they are sponsors.
2. Bank statements of last 4 months.
3. closing balance certificate showing decent amount of balance.
4. FDs if any.
5. property (movable plus immovable) Evaluation certificate showing total value of properties by CA.
6.Any other income or finance proofs that you can show.

Hope it helps.
Hello Jimmy
I'm applying under Non spp from Kuwait, I decide to show my wife as a sponsor as she is getting monthly salary of 1.5lakh from Kuwait. Do I need to show bank statement of Kuwait account? Then I have Fd of 18laks in NRI account in india. My parents immovable property also can be showed. So do I need to show ITR of my parents.

whatever you mentioned above you have is enough to show under non spp. submit whatever you can & it seems you have all. Go ahead with it & hope you get visa soon. All the best.

how I can show to VO regarding home ties.?
By submitting Assets/ property evaluation certificate by any authorized entity, that will show you have something worth to get back to your country. Along with that Income tax returns also shows you are well settled in your country.

hi jimmy
I have been verbally offered a job which requires the course which i got admission to. i have mentioned this in my sop. the employer suggested me to do office assistant certification but here in india no govt. institute offers this type of course. hence i selected this course in lethbridge college. now as the job is verbally offered i can't get any letter confirming the same. so will it be ok as i have just mentioned it in my sop and also as the reason for which am going for the course???
hoping for your reply bro.

hello
I'm an Indian applying study permit under SPP/general category from Kuwait. I also had a past history of study permit refusal at November 2009 from India under SPP category. I have that rejection letter which contains a file number. so, now, if I want to fill an IMM1294E they are asking UCI. what I would write in that column, can I make that column empty or do I need to write that old file number?

guys, i checked
Concordia university quebec is not under SPP list of institutes.
And, when i am trying to get checklist from "CIC" website, for normal study permit, it asks for "GIC" certificate.
Could someone please tell me, how can i get GIC certificate without my institute being in the list ?
And, if i get it, will it be considered as valid ?

Also, i only have my and my mother's account statements which show a balance of "INR 30,00,000"
I cannot show any property documents or else.
Does that mean my chances r very less ??

What course are you applying for? University study or diploma? You still can get GIC certificate even if the uni is not under SPP the process is still same.
