What are the chances of finding work after getting an ITA?

1. If I get an ITA, what are the chances that I will find a job in Canada from my home country?
2. If I don't get a job, will I need the minimum funds for sure? If not, will I be kicked out of the ITA?

1. No one can tell because it depends on many factors that we are not privy to.

2. You can't be exempted from the funds requirements as an FSW applicant unless you already have a valid job offer at the time you are invited.
