Bro, I don't have much info regarding form uploading or Answering online. But I know 1 thing, CIC surely ask some where to the applicants about their previous education.... :) :)

Question:

When my sister apply for Visa.......is there any way we can hide the fact that i am already in Canada and my relatives are also in Canada?

Like can we hide this strong family ties to make our case stronger?

Also is it possible for her to write a letter to CIC when applying saying how this course will help her when she comes back to pakistan and help her father in business? This way they might think she will come back for sure right?

You should not hide anything from CIC or your application. It is alright to not mention relatives ( like cousins, uncles, etc) they are not so particular about this. However when it comes to immediate family - they are.
Your sisters should include your name and any immediate family member (brothers, sisters, parents, spouse, grandparents).
I know this makes it harder to show ties to your home country but if you dont, they can easily find out as they taken your family information when you had applied for your visa.
I am in the same situation bro..i am already in Canada working and brother wants to apply for student visa.

In the additional family information form - they have to mention your name, your country of residence and your status in that country or occupation (student, worker, PR, citizen).

and what you should understand is ....even if you lie and say you are in xyz country - when they type your sisters name in their system- your name will show up as family - since I am sure you included your sisters in your application. ;D

No - there isn't. Hiding this information is misrepresentation. Misrepresentation results in a refusal of the application and a two year ban from entering Canada.

hmmm true....thanks for telling me

is there any other way for my sisters to come if their student visa is rejected?

There has to be some other way? When I get my PR or passport...........can i sponsor them?

What is your current status in canada? I have friends who's brother got a student visa even though my friend (student) in canada. So I would say try...make sure your sisters show a strong profile, good ielts etc. Strong SOP regarding the study. Also I would advise not to sponsor them directly. Let your parents do it. This is what my brother is going to try.
