I am very confused now. Today , I got a letter from Singapore requesting an FBI clearance again. I sent it in since Jan 6. I checked the status on the tracking no. It recieved. Why do they asking again. How could i find out for sure if they really get it. Please advise any one!

After i got a letter from my spouse , I found out that the letter was written on Jan 19 2010 . We sent in the FBI clearance and Singapore got it on Jan 25 2010. I think some how the letter was sent from Singapore requesting FBI . That was too soon while the FBI certificate was on its way to Singapore. Anyway, I sent them a fax and email to double checks today.
