What are all the forms we need?

I am wondering what are all the forms I need to fill out. We plan to apply for inland common law sponsorship, permanent residency and an open work permit all at once.

For the sponsor, the forms we have are:
IMM1344E
IMM5532E
IMM5476E

For the applicant, the forms we have are:
EIMM5669E
IMM0008DEPENU
IMM0008ENU_2D
IMM5406E
IMM5476E

For the open work permit, we have:
IMM5409E
IMM556E
IMM5710E
IMM5476E

For the permanent residency, we have:
IMM5444E

These are all the forms I have found

Do I have to fill out form IMM5476E if we are NOT using a representative?

Do we have to fill out form IMM0008DEPENU if there are NOT any dependants?

Do we have to fill out all the forms from the work permit application package or just the one form IMM5710E?

Are we missing forms for permanent residency or is it just the one form?

I ask because I'm unsure if we have all the correct forms and I'm unsure of what all the forms we need to fill out are. In the common law package it doesn't provide the OWP forms or the PR forms.

It depends on the nationality of the PA, which you do not say. Get your complete spousal sponsorship application package here (if you haven't already), it gives you all the forms you need and can download from here:

For OWP you need to refer to a different link, you won't find spousal sponsorship AND OWP all on one nice list for you.

You do NOT need an immigration consultant. If you are careful and work through things logically and thoroughly, you can do it all yourself (I did and many others on here did too).​

Thank you for explaining everything. The link is where we got our sponsorship forms from but everything else for the OWP and PR are kinda scattered around the cic website that's why I'm unsure if we have everything. The PA's nationality is Latvian.
