Hi, I had received that email once my case was approved by the province and before my ITA received actually, but i dont think this has anything to worry about in your case, i am in IP2 and it was moved to IP2 on Feb 27th - being processed in NDVO,

Yes almost all candidates get it, either before PPR or with PPR.

I am looking for some pattern in LVO PNP files processing, After asking some candidates (Aug & Sep AOR) who got PPR about their express entry profile number, which starts from E00076XXXX & E00078XXXX. This shows that LVO process applications ascending numerically according to EE profile number in a Batch transfer for PNP.

As you have got biopage ADR, can you let me know 1st 3 digits of EE profile number/Application number?

Mine starts with E00084XXXX, that is why my file is not opened yet because they are processing E0007XXX Series. (IT is just my analysis, does not means it is actually happening)

you got ADR, it means your file is in process. I mean to say about this EE number that they are opening files numerically. So technically my file is not opened yet because it is starting with E00084XXXX. I think my theory is right. They open files as per ascending EE profiles number.
