Can anyone help me to understand WES process..Do I need to upload my degree and mark sheet or my college will provide these to WES. I am in USA and I did my graduation from India.

Why not stay in US then, why apply for Canada PR? Just wanted to understand the motivation behind your decision

you need to upload your degree only, make payment and you will receive a WES number. Give this number to your university and tell them to issue a transcript, they will then send the transcript directly to WES with that WES number, You cannot send the transcripts directly to WES, it has to be sent by the university only.
Once they receive the transcript , they will approve your degree in 2-3 days.
The main hurdle or time consuming task is , indian university , how long they take to send the transcripts to WES.
