WES verification on hold WBUT / Makut India

Its been months since I am stuck at the verification process between WES and WBUT.
Contacted Sanjay Dutta through Phone, he asked to send a DD of 1000 with a request letter for verification and a copy of WBUT email. Writing confidential verification on the envelope. I sent it.
He received the envelope and acknowledged the same. But WES mail for my verification was not received by them. They waited for 15-20 days for WES email but than they sent verification confirmation without getting the email, based on the WES mail copy sent by me.
As I did not receive any response to the verification from WES, I again called WBUT.
On my request they have again forwarded the verification email to WES. But until today WES have not changed my status.
Its been 3 months since the first verification confirmation sent by WBUT to WES.
Earlier I used to think that only India and our universities screw us in terms of communication. But with my experience in WES I must say that they are pathetic, worst and horrible.
In fact when you will call them they will say use contact us page on website to raise query and when u will send query on contact us, they will send a scripted reply to it, which will be no where close to you question and solution you want.
Please share your experience guys, i need to know who else is facing issues like me...

I followed this page since the last few days and contacted Sanjay Dutta. He is now adamant that we have to follow the process in order to get transcripts. But he gave me a guy's number who apparently can get everything done for a nominal fee. I haven't contacted him myself yet but considering doing so.

Just to update guys, my verification by WBUT is complete and WES has changed the status to accepted, now evaluation is in process.

Hi Everyone. I sent my WBUT documents to WES and my status is "on Hold". I went to mailtranscripts.com, chose WBUT, entered details and paid the money and it created a request for me through an application id which I can track on the webpage: http://www.mailtranscripts.com/status. When I go on this page, it says, "User action required" and it asks me to upload 5 documents: 1. Application Form 2. Authority letter to handle all the documents on my behalf. 3. Degree certificate 4. Mark-sheets 5. Self- Attested photo-id proof (passport/ driving license/ Aadhaar card).
I am uploading all these documents as we speak but reading all the post from above, I know many of y'all have faced a lot of problems and I want to know what exactly should I do:
1. Do you think filling all the 5 documents will help as part of the "User Action required" or a different way needs to be adopted (like someone has to go physically at WBUT) and follow up all on my behalf?
2. If I fill the 5 documents, while filling the Application Form (as part of the 5 documents), should the DD amount be blank or should I write 1000 Rupees and attach the DD as well (i ask this because I have already paid on mailtranscripts.com)
3. My father lives in Kolkata. Thus, should the Authority Letter (as part of the 5 documents) be blank or should I write my father's name (that means he would have to physically follow through with the process)
4. Assuming I submit all the 5 documents as part of the "user Action required", does anyone know what are the next steps and what I should be aware of? How much time does it take for WBUT to take 'User Action" approximately?
5. I could not understand your problem.
If you have already sent your documents to WBUT then why are you applying through mailtranscript now?
Mailtranscript as per my understanding helps in procuring and delivering transcripts from university to WES without you or anyone physically visiting the university.
Since you have already sent your documents to WES and its on hold, you need to see the reason why it is on hold. If its pending verification from university then you need to contact university people (as quoted above by various people, i contacted Sanjay dutta and got my documents verified after sending 1000 DD)
Clarify you query, quote it in various steps since start, then the forum might be able to help you.
Mailtranscript is a thirdy party which helps to procure the transcripts from university and I dont thnik they have any role to play in verification process as verification process is strictly between University and WES.

Statement of Marks, Bachelor of Technology, 2010
Reason: WES received your mark sheets, but they were not sent directly from your academic institution as required by WES.
Instructions: Please ask your academic institution to send your mark sheets directly to WES in a sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate official.
After this, I opened up mailtranscript and paid through mailtranscript and have to upload the 5 documents as asked by mail transcript and thus had the following questions as stated above. Please let me know, what are the next steps ahead.
