WES verification of IGNOU MCA marksheet.

Hi,

I have done my MCA from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
IGNOU sent my degree and marksheet to WES for verification, But i am getting below message from WES:
Statement of Marks |

Incomplete

Reason: The document received only contains a partial record of study. WES requires all study that led to your final qualification. We are missing information on individual mark sheets from NCHMCT.

Instructions: Academic transcripts for all study completed leading toward your final qualification must be sent to WES. This includes all transfer credit or prior study that granted you exemptions. This should be sent in a sealed envelope that is stamped or signed across the back flap by the appropriate official. If this study was completed in another country, please visit the Required Documents page for the appropriate country and follow the requirements as stated. Refer to Required Documents.


We tried connecting both wes and IGNOU, As per ignou they have sent everything which was asked for.
while WES is not able explain us what exactly they need.

Anybody who went through similar case, please help us with this.

Hi there , I have done my hotel management degree from IHM Chandigarh. This is affiliated by NCHMT and the degree I have received is from IGNOU. As I am applying for my Immigration to Canada. I am signing up for WES evaluation . I am stuck in this question.
What is the name of the institution. I am not sure if it should be NCHMT or IGNOU or my college name? .
What are the documents required by WES in my case .
