WES..Unable to pay fees through credit card...

Hello All,
Need an urgent help on paying WES FEES through credit card
I tried paying the fee through my cousins credit card, every time i pay..i get an error message " Auth declined"...
My cousins credit card has enough limit on it..
Im really worried as to how to pay fees...as im running out of time..

Ask your freind to call the bank and ask them to make the card eligible for international transaction
