WES tracking not found for Transcript even after FedEx delivered the package.

Hi Guys,

My transcript package was delivered to WES by FedEx 2 days before. But in WES website, when i do the search with the FedEx tracking number to see if WES has received it or not, it is not found.

Will it take time for WES website to update the status?

Hello Rob,

WES site says at least give three business (or working) days to the things updated at their end. So if you are saying that your document reached two days before - means it must be on Saturday (courier companies not work on Sunday). So the first business day starts from Monday followed by two more days - will suggest you to wait at least till tomorrow AND if in case it still not gets updated, then better call WES straight away.

In my case I couriered one document myself and other directly by my Postgraduation University and they took two business days to update.

It will take time them to update. They took 5 days for mine.

Hi fellows,

My package was delivered to WES via UPS on April 13 2017. The document status changed from "Waiting for required Documents" to "Evaluation in Progress". However when I track the package using "Package tracker" in My Account, I see the result as "not found".

Did anyone else face the similar situation. I read in earlier posts that members could find them after few days. Its already been around 2 weeks in my case, and the tracking status still shows "not found".

My documents were received and signed by wes on the 29th Of May 2017 , Today is 1st of June 2017 !
My status Still " Waiting for required documents " .
I'm getting worried about this , does anybody knows what to do?

I had my package delivered last Friday but the WES tracker did not have anything when I searched. Only today is it showing package received. I guess it will take couple of more days for yours. Hang tight - it will be just ok. They are slow. Keep in mind even after docs are received they will take couple of days to update and actual evaluation will take another couple of days to start since they first review and check if documents are in order. So don't be alarmed if it takes a while for the evalulation to be completed.

Hello i do need a help i sent the package to WES using DHL express the documents was delivered and DHL Express sent me the proof, it was 27th March ,but when i am using the track number WES says package don't recieved yet . How long it takes for WES to change the statut on Hold; i become worry i text them till now they don't reply, anyone could help me
