Dear All,

I need your advice /help.

Currently I am undergoing WES evaluation. One of my qualifications is in professional association, they send a set of transcripts to WES, Canada via courier. WES acknowledged and updated my status. I have done five levels of the studies. However, WES only updated one section and left four sections without update . On Thursday evening, I got WES updated, it's only one section transcript received, hence all the other four sections they don't have the transcripts and have not updated. Yesterday I contacted the association and confirmed, they did send all my five transcripts to WES, Canada. I have sent an email to WES to contact us.. Do I wait for WES feedback or ask the association to send again the set of
transcripts to WES..

Hello all,
I hope you can help me with an advice. WES require me to send my original degrees to them (for my country university will not send my degrees to WES, I am the only one who have the only one original copy of degrees), but in my account I don't have "International courier" option available, only the standard one. I'm wondering how I will received my degrees back since international shipping is not available this period and since I can't change delivery option after I pay the fees. The report is not a problem because I can use the PDF they send me but I need my original degrees back. Did someone faced this issue during COVID-19 period?

Hi Upasana, Has there been any progress with your application. Has WES acknowledged receipt of your documents as yet? I am in the same boat, but my documents were sent in May.

Hi. Any update ? Have you guys got your documents accepted. Mine arrived on May and u til now no response. I think it will take another two months

Does anyone know which period of postal deliveries is Wes processing now? Did they reach documents received in April or still in March ?

I applied for wes and I am 100% sure that I have given correct address with WES reference number. please refer below for the current status is of post. What does the status mean? will they try to deliver again? is there anything I have to do from my side?

I got my Masters evaluation done in 50 odd days. Received the report on 15th March.

Now waiting for my spouse's credentials to be done. Sent transcripts from NIFT Hyderabad direct to Toronto.

Created Account 28th Dec.
Sent 1st set of Documents 4th February 2019.
WES received on 6th February 2019 (I think)
WES received and reviewing documents on 11th February 2019.
WES accepted document on 4th March 2019.

Sent 2nd set of documents on 6th March 2019.
WES received documents on 11th March 2019.
WES is reviewing documents on 12th March 2019.
No updates since then.

Hope it gets done this month.

Can you help me please. I need to know how you got the transcript from NIFT. My wife is NIFT Graduate from Gandhinagar and on inquiry they said that NIFT don't provide/send any transcripts.

Affirmative. Me and my other friend both have exact same timelines of processing. The Key is the electronic transcript submission. One other parameter could be my master’s University which is in the US. And may be it goes through less scrutiny compared to universities from other parts of the world. I am saying maybe.

I got mine within 4 days, documents received 06/27, and ECA report completed on 07/02.

Not sure, but this could be the least time taken for WES ECA in the history.

Activities on June 12 (Friday) chronologically:
Created WES Profile and submitted payment Status ON HOLD
Placed an order for eTranscript on the university portal (Parchment)
Transcript generated and delivered to WES electronically
WES received the transcript status PROCESSING verifying/checking documents
WES accepted the documents status PROCESSING due date July 10,2020

June 15 (Monday):
WES status COMPLETED report sent to recipients

The only reason I posted this is to bring this to people’s notice that they are actively working on your case. I highly recommend you guys to check if you have electronic transcript delivery option available through your university.

It depends on your university. From what I know, right now WES is accepting documents via email almost from all universities. I got same done from my university and that is the quickest way to get ECA done. Just check with your university and as long as they send your documents attached with your reference / application number it should work.

Documents reached electronically on 22 june.
Started processing on July 7
Expected completion date Aug 8
Got a ghost update.
Processing completed July 7.
Final WES report July 7.

It was very quick.
