WES Timeline/Tracking 2019

Hey guys,
Hope someone can help.
WES has updated my status. It is saying my degree certificate has been “accepted” but my academic transcript was “not accepted” due to WES not receiving it directly from my training organisation.
However, the certificate and transcript were both sent by my training organisation in the same envelope as per WES instructions.
How can one be accepted and not the other?

Yes I think the same. When did you submit the application to wes?

I submitted it on the 23rd of February with my both degrees including bachelors and masters. My master's degree got delivered immediately due to eQuals, but bachelor's degree was taking an inordinate amount of time due to the manual process of sending the documents to WES. Therefore, I decided to remove my bachelors from my application to expedite the process by taking advantage of my Australian masters. However, my bachelor's documents have already been delivered to WES now, but again it would have taken more time for the documents to be verified. before removing my bachelor's docs, I contacted WES to ascertain the success rate and then decided to remove my bachelors.

thanks for the information. I was not aware of it because I was more into getting my master's doc assessed asap. It is not a piece of cake to get your degrees released from Indian universities and get them delivered to WES in 3-4 weeks.

It took us insanely long time to get the transcripts from the Universities..Our timelines
Self
Nov 28 - Registered with Wes and paid fees
Jan 8 - MBA transcripts(Anna University, India) sent to WES
Jan 11- Under evaluation
Feb 15- sent for verification
March 20 - docs accepted
March 27- Bachelors transcripts (Madras University,India) sent to WES
April 4- evaluation due for completion on 24th April

Husband
Nov 28 - Registered with Wes and paid fees
Feb 5- BE & MBA (Anna University,India) transcripts sent to WES
Feb 27-Under evaluation
April 1- Bachelors accepted, Masters sent for verification

Fingers crossed both should be over by mid May

Hello

You need to ask your university or the body affiliated your training institute to send your transcripts directly to WES. There is no other body except deemed university who can send transcripts to wes for evaluation.

Received my ECA report (pdf) early this morning (3 days before the due date!).

Same situation here. Was lucky to remove my Bachelors in time. Submitted the Aussie masters via myeQuals ( beautiful platform ). Documents accepted for review on the 19th of March. Still waiting.

P.S. As per the Wes document requirement, Australian "degree certificates" are not mandatory to be submitted. They do mention that they only want what's been asked in the requirements. Why did you submit the degree certificate?
