It suddenly went very quick with my assessment.

8 October: made my profile and submitted digital documents
10 November: they received the documents of my universities and were analyzing it
13 November: reviewing my evaluation

Then a couple of days ago they estimated it would be finished by 10 December and today the report was in my account! Wow!

My document was received last week from WES and still, my file is not yet updated.

I just track my package on WES website and got this:

A package with the tracking code you've entered has been delivered to the WES Documentation Center. Please allow 24-48 hours for the document(s) in the package to be processed.

• The documents will be examined by a professional evaluator.
• We will update your account as soon as the documents have been examined.

How long will it take WES to update my file?

Take upto a week. Most cases it updates in 10 working days. Check the WES Important Notices for timelines.

Bachelors Documents delivered as per DHL - 15th Oct
WES Account updated with document received - 19th Oct
Masters Documents delivered as per DHL - 2nd Nov
Analysing and Evaluating Docs - 12th Nov
Waiting for the document acceptance and ETA for completion now

Update - Documents accepted and ETA for completion is 16 Dec. Status now - Reviewing your evaluation.

Is there a possibility this could come earlier? Want to be a part of the pool as soon as I am able to!

Mine was predicted 10 Dec and received it yesterday so yes it is possible!

Thank you very much. Makes sense. At least IQAS indicated the received my masters transcripts today. WES is only important for my wife's ECA

Mine was predicted 10 Dec and received it yesterday so yes it is possible!

Got mine today. Well in time.

Final Timelines

Stage 1: Document Imaging
When documents arrive at WES, documentation specialists review each individual page and scan it into our system. In many cases, we can accept electronic documents directly from your international institution. Check your Required Documents to see if that is an option for you. If your institution would like to send your documents to us electronically, please have them submit a request via our Contact Us form. They can choose the “Other” category on the form. We will communicate with your institution to explore possibilities for digital document transmission.

Once your files are in our system, your My Account timeline will reflect: “We are processing a new package or document for your application.”
