My wes documents were accepted post review last night.

I got a mail saying the process takes 35 days now, and my date of evaluation completion is April 15th, 2019.

Would it be done only by then or has anyone's been completed before the date itself? If so, how much earlier?

Just excited to finally have some progress! TIA

Also, how many of you recommend paying the higher sum for delivery with tracking details? I've paid for the basic package now.

19th Jan - Documents Received, We are reviewing
20th Feb - Documents Rejected. WES received your mark sheets, but they were not sent directly from your academic institution as required by WES.

I am from India and as per new rule my documents were indeed attested and sent directly by the university (Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune). Still they rejected stating it was not sent directly by the university.

Anyone faced similar thing despite sending it genuinely through university?

Any suggestions, what can I do next?

Note - The documents were sealed and stamped in university provided envelope (with their name printed as FROM).
It was couriered by Controller Of Examination department directly to WES

We are facing a similar situation. Could you please tell me how you solved yours?

I have sent documents to Uni of Toronto for evaluation for my wife since we didnt have an option to get it sent directly by the university to WES. Its been over a month and so far they have only acknowledged that documents are received. Any one know how long does ECA take at Uni of Toronto?

If you are talking about CES, they take around 4-10 weeks

That's interesting. I also saw this thread and the person (Nambaliya) who initiated the discussion actually only had his/her UK Master's evaluated, even though he/she had an Indian bachelor...

if you mention the Bachelors when you fill up the application, then they will ask for its documents regardless of country. But if you only mention your masters, then they will ask the document for masters only. My friend evaluated his masters only (UK). I mentioned my bachelors in the application and WES asked me to submit documents for my bachelors too.
