I applied for evaluation for my Masters and bachelors

Following is the timeline for me:
Documents received to WES: 31st october 2018
We have received and reviewing: 2nd November 2018
We have received and reviewing(again): 5th November 2018
We are reviewing your evaluation report: 21st November 2018(Due for completion by 11th December 2018)

My documents reached on the same date however no updates since then!

I completed my bachelors from JNTU hyderabad and masters from University of new haven(west haven,Connecticut,USA).

Did you try messaging them?I did message them couple of days ago from the website.I think that might be the reason they updated my case or else they might not care to update the status until it’s done.

- Due for completion: 30 Nov 2018
- Evaluation completed: 22 Nov 2018
- Report sent. PDF downloaded.
I didn’t expect to receive it today cause the due date would be at the end of this month. Still waiting for TEF results. Happy Thanksgiving !!!

Status: On Hold (waiting for documents). System is not updated i think.

After contacting them though WES websit, today my status get updated(But I don't no how it's get updated on non working day )

mine also got updated as below:
received the documents: Nov -5
reviewing the documents: Nov - 5

documents accepted: We are reviewing your evaluation report. Nov - 21

and by the way, I did send them a massage and called them on the phone. 2 days later the status had changed. don't know if it had to do anything with the follow up, but wont hurt to follow up with them. I'm going to send them a massage too for my husband's case, which was received about one week later than mine, on Nov 14th.
