Is it true that wes is evaluating bsc. and MSC as 4 years graduation?

I'm not sure about that.. I did it for my degree in Bachelor of Engineering.

Hi everyone,

My brother had applied for Wes verification of his MCA degree from Calicut university. The transcript documents were received on 1st october. Since then they have asked the university for secondary verification thrice. The university has also replied thrice, however as per Wes it is not in the expected format.

Anyone has any idea as to what is required as per the secondary verification email. Is it a questionnaire form, or is it a link where they have to upload documents? I can try to explain to them regarding the instructions for completing the verification. The university is not being helpful, anybody else facing a similar issue from Calicut university?

I received a digital copy of my ECA-WES evaluation today. I am posting the timeline for the whole process, if that helps anyone.

29/11/2018 - Account created and payment done
29/11/2018 - Applied for transcript from my university.
05/12/2018 - University processing my transcripts
21/12/2018 - Documents dispatched from University for WES
27/12/2018 - Documents received by WES, according to courier service.
02/01/2019 - WES tracking shows documents tracking number entered in the system
03/01/2019 - WES status update - Documents received.
05/01/2019 - Documents accepted(intial review done)
08/01/2019 - Evaluation is under process(due date 28/01/2019)
26/01/2019 - Final review under process.
28/01/2019 - Evaluation complete, a got the digital copy of My WES account.

Wating for the hard copy now. It's supposed to reached today by the end of the day. Opted for overnight delivery.

Hope everyone receives their evaluation without any delays.

It is mandatory for University to mention 10 digit reference number which is there in WES email and email reply has to be sent on email id mentioned in email. Have you check with University whether they have mentioned this reference number in email or not. Note this reference number is different from our reference number.

There is nothing really that you can do about it. Wait for a few more days and then call on their number or send an email through their contact us form.

Hi,

This is my case:

I created an account and made the payment the same day: 02.02.2019
I shipped the documents on 05.02.2019 via courier.
The courier confirmed documents reached WES on 07.02.2019.
As of today, there is no update on WES site; Tracking number tool on WES website says "We have not received the package yet.".

I will update when there are changes to status.

It took 7 days to change the status from On hold to "In Progress" - 01/08/2019
After 10 days, again I got status saying it is "In Progress" - 01/18/2019
After 3 days - that is on 01/20/2019 , By God's grace, I received the final date evaluation confirmation which is on 02/08/2019
I am hoping that I get the evaluation report with full positive results on that day.

Hii all... My WES status also show 'we r reviewing ur documents'. Documents sent on 10 Jan and received on 15 Jan.. It has Masters and Bachelirs both.. It was last updated on 28 Jan with reviewing documents status... Not sure how long would it take..

I have done Masters in Mass Communication (Journalism, Media, Radio and PR) from Panjab University.. My course included 1 month internship each in both years... And i submitted project reports with thesis as well in both years... Prior to that i did BSc.
Not sure if my Masters will be considered masters by WES or Double bachelor..

Any clue... Anyone
