WES status shows 'cancelled'

I've just checked my WES account to be greeted with the words 'cancelled'!!
Sat for 18 minutes in a queue on the phone to try and speak to someone to be told they can't tell me the reason and that I'll get an email in a day or two explaining the reasons
It's the last thing needed in order to submit EE profile!!

Anyone else had this as I have no idea as to what has gone wrong??

It's for a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management

Did you send other degrees/diploma certificates along with it?

Nope just the diploma.

Oh ok, yes as per the requirement for Express Entry, only your highest degree needs to be assessed, but to be on the safer side it would advisable to send all degrees/diplomas gained post secondary education (since WES does not charge by the number of degrees being assessed). The best would be to see what WES has to say about the status of your diploma. Also, you can request them to consider any other degree/diploma (for assessment) that you may have without the need for any additional payment.

Only got the diploma so pretty screwed without it

At the very least get high school evaluated as that gives 2 points. Good luck.

Joanna- were you able to get an ECA for your Level 5 diploma?

I have a similar qualification- A Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership from the CMI (UK) and need to get it assessed for the extra points.
