WES Secondary Verification multiple times?

Hello! Is there anybody who was put 'on hold' twice? What am I supposed to do? My university responded to their verification request again (confirming the authencity of documents for the second time). Is there anything we can do differently when we get second verification request? What do they actually want? Please, is there anyone who experienced this?

Hi All,

When i received the secondary verification for the first time i contacted the university and paid the required fees and they send the documents (paid the postage charges to send the documents to canada as well) and couple of weeks later i am receiving the secondary verification for the 2nd time.

The whole process has been going for about 6 months now. Has anyone else faced similar issue and received a positive update after that

I had sent documents from my MBA degree (Signed/Sealed by Institute) to WES. I got an email from WES on 3rd Aug stating that they are conducting secondary verification and hence have email/sent by post documents to institute for institute to write back. I checked with institute and they replied on email from WES in 2 days. 2 days later status in WES also changed from "To hold" to "In progress". Now again on 15 aug i have got this same email again that they are conducting secondary verification and have contacted the institute. Any reasons why is this happening when the institute had replied first time itself?

Issue got resolved automatically. I did not do anything different and still dont know what needs to be done.

I received secondary verification from JNTUH university. It's been 4 months and still no response. Any advice

@AmarCanada Can you please let me know what happened to your WES verification? Also, please tell me whether your re-verification is through email or post. I am also on a similar boat. Thanks in advance.

I got secondary verification from Wes.I have completed pg course in bhararthidasan university.
university need a fee to process secondary veriifcation.(100$).But the university not accepting payment from us.They asked to pay to WES.
When I called Wes ,they told like they wont accept any money for secondary verification.I am in the middle to whom to pay for further processing of my documents.Please guide if anyone got cleared out in this case

I too am stuck in the middle.
I want to clarify with all here, let me narrate my process...
I registered on WES, requested for Transcripts from my University, through an agent (as I work in KSA). Had request for the documents to be delivered to me. My agent applied for Transcripts. WES changed its policy, all applicants should ask their University to courier the transcripts directly to WES. I enquired with WES, what should I do. WES replied, since I registered before the new policy, I could follow any method. I got the transcripts courired to me in KSA from my agent. I posted my transcripts and documents to WES.

I HAVE A FEELING MY APPLICATION GOT STUCK IN THE MIDDLE AS MY DOCUMENTS WERE SENT AT A TIME OF TRANSITION OF POLICY.

After paying for secondary verification, my university (Anna University) replied to WES mail for secondary verification. My name is in the university website, for the list of secondary verification completion. But WES claims they have not received any reply from my University....dont knw what to do...once Corona shutdown is over, I may apply for a new set of Transcripts. So that Transcripts are delivered to WES directly from University and so no verification needed.

Even if you send directly from the University they are still asking for re-verification. I'm facing the same problem. Sent my bachelor and Masters's degree transcripts in a sealed envelope from the university [sent from University Post office] and after receiving my transcripts WES ordered for re-verification. On-Hold from the past 3 months.
