Instarted my Wes since early sept....I was told its completed and sent on 24th. No tracking number and I paid for international express. All I see under my update is- no tracking number for normal mails.
I got a mail from them on 24th that they re sending it, got another one later same day that it's placed on hold because they don't ve my phone number... With I always include in my enquires.
Don't even kw what it's happening. Sent them several mail with no replies except the auto ones.
Pls wat could be happening.
