WES gave me a Secondary school equivalency to my 3 years of Bachelor Degree in culinary arts. Any thoughts on this? Maybe a mistake? Or why did it gave me a lower education result

Probably not a mistake. Culinary arts in Canada is not at a bachelor level at university. It is a college or secondary program. You can try another ECA.
