WES related clarification - is Secondary education certificate required?

Hi,

I am trying to send transcripts for myself and my wife to WES. We both have education degrees from India. I am following the instructions listed in the ECA page of WES and selecting India.

I am going to send the following documents
For me: B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering)
For my wife: B.A. (Bachelor of Arts with Honors), M.A. (Master of Arts)

My question: Do I also need to send my Secondary Education Final Examination Certificate - or is sending the University transcripts sufficient and supersedes the Secondary Education requirement? Any clarification would be highly appreciated! I have also tried to send this question to WES, and would update the thread if I receive a response

You don't need to send secondary education certificate only university transcripts
