Wes Query please help

Hello people,
My status had been showing waiting verification from Institute, it has been like that for more than 4 weeks. This is so frustrating. I tried calling customers service but no one is answering. . Am so confused right now. I also contacted my Institute asking them to check their mail but they told me they haven't receive any mail from wes.

Try contacting WES through Facebook or another social media platform. I got through to them within minutes and got answers to my questions immediately; it also seemed to expedite my case although I can't be sure...

write them through the contact form and also Try the Social platform, have had same issue and considering going to social media platform as well
