Did you check your degree equivalency on WES site? I would suggest you to check it here to get some idea before you initiate the process http://www.wes.org/ca/evaluations/preliminary.asp.

WES Evaluation confirms mine is Bachelors though I have Masters ( 2 yrs) degree. Is it true for everyone ? How other have got with Bachelors and Masters degree ? ( 3+2) Yrs degree

FYI- Its a evaluation from WES Site ( trial feature). not the Final evaluation from WES.
Not all Master's degrees are given same equivalency by WES. To confirm you need to have the degrees evaluated

I do not have much information about the criteria that WES uses to assess foreign education equivalency to Canadian degree, but lets assume the worst case scenario, even if WES may not accept it equivalent to Masters in Canada, it may possibly still evaluate it as a post secondary credential which is still better than just getting your Bachelors assessed. You can check this out for yourself here https://www.canadavisa.com/comprehensive-ranking-score-calculator.html. If we consider the case where your Masters is evaluated as a post secondary credential then you can select 'two or more post secondary credentials with at least one being 3+ years'. This was you get a better score than just evaluating your Bachelors. After all WES does not charge by the number of degrees that are being assessed. So the only way to know is by getting your degrees assessed.

All the best!
