Who else is having trouble or waiting for WES? I already paid and have my WES application number but they are not replying through their online contact form. I just keep getting automated message that they have received my inquiry. It’s almost 3 weeks.

The only method is to call them. Use a voip service to call them. You can find their number online. You will wait from 20-60 minutes for them to pick up. Good luck

Voip service is voice over internet protocol. In other words, you fill up credit and call internationally for cheap. There are certain apps such as MobileVOIP that have many voip services such as Telbo. Download the app, choose Telbo, fill up 10 USD and call anyone you want. You must be connected to wifi or have internet service on your mobile. Calls to canada costs 0.02 USD/min on Telbo.

I called them just now but it seems they couldn't give you an estimated time of processing. I was just told we were doing our best.
My document was delivered on 6th Jul. but it's still On hold now. I have no idea when it will be processed.
