WES - Online?

I have been reading here and there a lot these days and I figured out that WES is accepting documents online for ECA because of the pandemic.

I did not understand how the process works.
Is there anyone who has done it online ? Could you please share the procedures?

In regards to getting ECA from WES online; does it have to be an admin from my university who should access the platform or it can be anyone working there? Because currently all Universities are closed but I am in close contact with one of the professors there. Can I give him the name of the platform?

you need to ask a representative from your uni to send an inquiry to WES with your WES ref number via their online form
