WES - Mistake in Institution Type

Guys,

I have just made payment for WES and on my account, the status is showing as "Error - NOT FOUND ORDER 1125152".
Moreover, I have marked Secondary Education for my Bachelors of Engineering, instead of "Higher Education". The portal is not allowing any change to the application. Is there any way to change the details?
I have entered Secondary Education with BE and Higher Education with MBA. For both the degrees, it should have been Higher Education right?

You better contact WES on their customer support.

As per my understanding

HSC (Higher Secondry) is equivalent to Class 10 in India
SSC (Senior Secondary) is equivalent to Class 12 in India
Bachelors is any Graduate degree
Masters is any Post graduate Degree
Doctrate is any PhD

You should confirm this once with WES
