Hello sir/mam
In all my documents 10,12, all dmc and degree and passport my name is Priyam

But for applying eca last name column is mandatory kindly suggest me what to do?

You need a last name in Canada. Not only for PR but for everything else as well when you come here. You can legally change your name now (include a last name - anything you like). Get your passport updated and apply. All your old documents can still be on old name. That doesnot matter as long as you produce a valid name change proof.
