WES - Just Masters evaluation now and BTech evaluation later

Hi

I have MS from US and BTech from India. On searching this forum, I found out that getting just MS evaluated is fine. I have 3 questions :-

1. In the WES evaluation form, do I just put my MS in there (if that is the only thing I want to get evaluated)
2. If I mention both MS and BTech in WES evaluation form and just send documents for MS (and un-attested for BTech), will they send me just my MS evaluation? (Basically it would take me about a month to get proper documents from India)
3. Can I get my Btech verified later once I get ITA? or I need not do that?

Yes I believe they will ask you for more documents and papers.
Be prepared to furnish them when asked.
