WES help: My Account still says waiting for documents to be delivered?

My MY ACCOUNT at WES is still saying: "waiting for documents to be delivered", but the tracking information for my mail envelope says that it was delivered last Friday to their address in Toronto....

Has anyone else experienced this delay? Or does anyone know how long it takes them from receiving the mail to updating the account status to "received"

As per info from other members of this group, it takes 5-6 working days for them to change the status!

I had sent the photocopy of my Master's degree certificate and the status in WES site showed as "Received Documents Awaiting Verification" after one week. But a few days later the status changed to "Not Received". I asked them about this using the contact form in their website and I received a reply saying saying that they have not received it. :'(

ICAS is better in sense that they are more professional and take their work seriosuly but are very slow!

WES does their work faster but often they misplace our docs and the end result is that the status is either "not received" or "not according to our requirements"


I have sent my docs to both the organizations. ICAS have gone asleep for 3 weeks now and WES has misplaced some of my docs and have now asked me to wait for 2 days, that too after i called them and gave them the envelopes tracking number!
