WES is no more evaluating PTU. That's the change.

can anyone tell me ICES is a good option to evaluate certificates?? from where i should attest transcripts for ICES..whether from college attended or university??

you need to have your university directly email or mail transcripts to ICES. they wont accept transcripts mailed by you.

As WES has banned Punjab Technical University's evaluation...now can i go for ICES from BCIT to evaluate certificates??
